“People’s Choice Awards”前几日刚刚结束，有人拿奖到手软，有人干坐冷板凳。每年的皆是如此，一到年初各大奖项就开始忙活起来，为刚刚过去的一年书写自己的总结。艺人们提心吊胆的等待着专家和观众的评价，其实各大颁奖礼也在暗自较劲，老三样“奥斯卡”“格莱美”“艾美”的观众群，如今已经被金球、AMA、AMA、BET，以及众多自立门户的机构攻占下不少城池。

以有色人种为颁奖对象的NAACP Image Awards，在这几年的发展过程中逐渐的形成了影响力，这与近10年间黑人明星在娱乐圈的努力是分不开的。只要看看当前的各大歌曲排行榜和热门电影榜单中黑人明星的比重就知道了，这个比重已经远远超过美国人口中非洲裔人口的比重。
